RETURNS


We want you to love your card. If something's wrong, we want to know.


When to email us instead of returning


• Your card arrived damaged → we'll replace it, don't send it back


• The mechanism doesn't work → same, we'll replace it


• It's the wrong card → our fault, we'll fix it


Returns for preference (you just don't like it)


You can return unused, undamaged cards in their original envelope within 30 days for a refund of the product price. You cover return shipping. Once we receive the card in resellable condition, we refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.


Non-returnable


• Personalized or custom cards


• Gift cards


• Any card that's been written in, folded past its original state, or had its mechanism activated
