Where we ship

Velvet Unfold currently ships within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the US and want a card, email us at hello@velvetunfold.com and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping rates

• Under $35: $4.95 flat rate

• Over $35: Free shipping

Processing times

• Flat cards: Ship in 1–3 business days

• Handmade mechanical cards: Ship in 5–10 business days

• Orders containing both: Ship when the slowest item is ready, or we'll split the shipment at no extra charge (just email us)

How long it takes

After your order ships, expect 2–5 business days via USPS First Class. Tracking is included.

If it's late, lost, or damaged

Email us at hello@velvetunfold.com. We'll replace damaged or lost cards at no cost to you. Handmade mechanical cards ship in rigid mailers to protect the mechanism; flat cards ship in stiff paperboard sleeves.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We'll ship to whatever address is on the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out and you'll just pay reshipping.
